I got a text that AM that the tech was on his way, and would be there around 8:30am. I removed all the frozen food out of my freezer, and was ready for the technician. 12:00pm came and no technician or updated text. I tried to call to see if they are still planning on coming, if so, how much longer. Instead, all I got was an automated answering service, and couldn’t ask the questions I wanted to. I called Erwin and he arrived within 20 minutes of the call. He was knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the problem within 30min and his fee was very reasonable.
